Gate Server connect Failded 3109

I get this failure when my Game change to charakter window, cant log in anymore whats crackin guys?

Sir, Server is down. please be patient wait about 1 hour and 30 mins more also your going to have to create another account. Because they reset us again Thank you and your welcome
